As the editors come across text that is un-specified
or under-specified we will add text in to fill the gap.
It may be something that is our best guess to proper
operation or it may be something that is extreme in order
to spur dialog on the subject. The idea
is that it is easier for the members of the WG to throw
darts at bad text than missing text.
Would it be possible for you to add ed.notes to the draft wherever you
have done this to make it easier to spot and address those
un(der)-specified areas?
