Me. Other than auth and persistance, I've gone as far as I'm willing to
go without interop testing (or a 08 draft coming out).

I can make my server available without persistance or auth right now in
small doses for initial interop testing. I'm expecting there to be
issues right away so I really need to actively be monitoring it during
testing.

Look for me on #atom if you're interested.

I'm also interested in hearing who is doing CLIENT implementations.
