APP status/next-steps

Draft -08 has been out for a few days now; I didn't notice any  
inconsistencies with our consensus calls and haven't heard any  
gripes, so Paul and I assume it's a fair reflection of where we stand.

I get the impression that interoperability testing is being held up  
by a lack of client implementations; I see several servers out  
there.  Henry Story of Sun tells me he'll have an -08 client ready  
for testing Real Soon Now.  Any others?

I've seen a few scattered Paces here and there; while at this point I  
think that interop is more important than adding functionality, let's  
do another Pace shakedown, as in get anything new in by Friday March  
3rd, and anything that doesn't specifically reference -08 by that  
point will be deemed to be closed.
