We said we were doing a Pace moratorium last Friday. However, we
observe that interop testing seems to be proceeding apace. Also,
here at the ETech conference, I've heard about several other
guerilla implementations, people doing APP just to solve some
problem or another. We observe:
1. Implementors aren't waiting for things to be finished to start
implementing.
2. There's a nonzero chance that the interop testing will turn up
some vast, stinking cowpie that nobody's noticed.
So, let's relax a bit, kick around the Paces we have, and wait till
the interop testers start making happy noises before we fire this
off to the iETF.

I didn't realized we had a moratorium. Does this mean, since none of
the category paces made it through the ringer, that category support
is not going to make it into final Atom protocol?
