Nope.. but in my mind, in the distinction between rejecting foreign
content on resource creation and and on resource update for APP is not
significant. I'd be surprised by a real-world APP service that had
different behaviors (either w.r.t. to restrictiveness or
permissiveness regarding foreign elements) across these two actions.
I understand that from a strict HTTP spec perspective, they are
different, of course.
