<co-chair-mode>As with previous releases turns of the crank, all  
Paces and proposals that don't refer specifically to protocol-09 are  
expired.  Now is the time to give it a careful read and suggest any  
last-minute improvements.

I'd like to see us get that done in the next week or so; per IETF we  
can submit a -10 draft on July 10 or 11, with the idea of going  
immediately to IETF last call.

Specific work items:
- editorial cleanup of the kind we've already seen; good stuff, keep  
it up.
- fill in the contents of sections 12 & 13 (security stuff).   
Guidance from Paul and Lisa will be particularly helpful here.
- I'm going to resubmit the categories Pace, unless someone else  
wants to polish and relaunch it; if the WG craps on it, that's OK,  
but I want us to at least give it one last chance.

And folks, at the moment I think the APP is the most important thing  
I've worked on in years; let's get the last coat of paint on this  
puppy and ship it.
