There is a clear irritant in protocol-09 in that an XML Document
referred to as an "Introspection Document" has a root element named
<service> and contains collections grouped into workspaces. It
arguably sucks that the name of the document corresponds well neither
with its root nor its contents. Here are the things we could do:

1. Leave everything as is, it's just an irritant not actually a bug.

2. Leave the markup as is, but in the spec, rename the Introspection
doc the Service doc.

+1. I'm not tied to introspection name and at this point there
isn't much value in using the term given it's XML-RPC roots.

3. Leave the markup as is, but in the spec, rename the Introspection
doc the Workspaces doc.

4. Leave the markup as is, but in the spec, rename the Introspection
doc the Collections doc.

5. Leave the human-readable part of the spec as is and change the
root element to <app:instrospection>

Would WG members please do us a favor and record their +/- feelings
on these five options. Failing to respond constitutes a +1 on option
1 (leave it as is).
