Looks good! If I understand this correctly it enables multiple hashes
for the same file, e.g.

<atom:link rel="enclosure"
       href="http://example.org/media/myfile.mp3";
       md5="9e107d9d372bb6826bd81d3542a419d6"
       sha1="2fd4e1c67a2d28fced849ee1bb76e7391b93eb12" />

This could enable publishers to provide more information about a file.
Does the spec need to say something about how to interpret multiple
hashes in case one of them is wrong? Or maybe that is up to the
individual use case?
