The PICS material itself seems very dusty, but ratings came up on the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list and the following links were dropped in:

http://www.icra.org/vocabulary/
http://www.icra.org/projects/quatro/

The fact that the issue was raised on a list related to Yahoo's media
search services does suggest that something like this will be needed
in the not-too-distant future.
