My guess is there's no will to namespace-qualify all the core
attributes. So I reckon the easiest course would be say that each of
the attributes has a namespace-qualified shadow with the same meaning.
When expressed as an RDF vocabulary, Atom will use these attributes.
Whether or not general Atom users should have the option to use these
is another question (probably best avoided in this context).
