If your intention is to disallow "James Aylett" as both contributor and author, I'm -0 (at least, possibly +0). If your intention is to disallow "James Aylett and James Lark" as authors, and "James Aylett" as contributor (with "James Lark" as a second contributor) then I'm -1. Because that's semantically the same as "Funky Group Name" as author, and "James Aylett" and "James Lark" as contributors, which I would find useful.
