Yes, they are. Relax NG regex matching strips leading and trailing whitespace. Atom Processors will do the same, so we should fix it. "Comparison operations MUST be based solely on the IRI character strings", and the URI specs have always suggested that you should strip leading and trailing space. Robert Sayre
