I would like to reverse my previous position.

I think it's clear that many WG members have problems with the
document. There aren't very many WG members that can get code into
anything more substantial than essentially unused Java open source
projects. But that's not what matters, right?

There are only three significant implementers here. Microsoft,
Mozilla, and Apple. But, I think it's very important to consider the
responses of every WG member, don't you? We clearly don't have rough
consensus.
