Some patches need careful reapplying. It doesn't affect RHEL5 or
older, as the broken code paths are not traversed there, but it breaks
F10/F11.

I'll be respinning packages for 0.21 and 0.22 over the WE. But I think
there will always be interesting bits from trunk (0.23 to come) to use
in bijou.
