I am trying to build a kmdl for the new kernel so I can have nvidia working
again.
Here is what I have done
I installed the kernel-devel.
kernel-devel-2.6.31.12-174.2.3.fc12.x86_64
I installed the nvidia-grphics.src.rpm from atrpms.net
And I get this error when running a rpmbuild -bb
nvidia-graphics190.53-190.53-120.src.rpm
error: File /root/nvidia-graphics190.53-190.53-120.src.rpm does not appear
to be a specfile.
I have also tried another option which I found by searching
rpmbuild -bb nvidia-graphics190.53.spec
error: line 13: Dependency tokens must begin with alpha-numeric, '_' or '/':
BuildRequires: %{_x_module_path}
neither build kmdl
can you please tell me what I am doing wrong thanks again for everything.
Also according to Jarod the new kernel will fix my lirc problem that I
posted on this site earlier J
