I had this issue as well on my F12 x64 box. I ran the nvidia-graphics-switch a couple of times and it didn't help. I ended up removing all 190.53 packages on my system, leaving just the new 195.36.15 packages and that did the trick. Definitely seems like something is "different" with this upgrade. Just figured I would pass this along so that John P. knew he wasn't alone with the issue.
