I use FireWire for channel changing, since I'd always used FireWire to
record from the cable box. (FireWire channel changing works regardless
of whether no channel is, or all channels are, encrypted over it for
recording purposes.)
#!/bin/sh
/usr/local/bin/6200ch $*
sleep 1.5
and then calling the script from mythtv-setup as
hdpvrchanger -g GUID_OF_CABLE_BOX

I erred here. In addition to v1.5 of #6719, I should have stated that
I use v2, not v2.1, of #6611.
If #6611, #6719, and #6602 are used, the above script probably isn't
needed at all; just call 6200ch directly from mythtv-setup. Again,
#6611 and #6719 apply to bijou 20100323/ATrpms 228), not to ATrpms
229.

No, it is still 0.22-fixes. Axel won't switch until 0.23 is actually
out.
