I checked the issue and the missing module is indeed part of
perl-Date-Manip, but from a newer version than what we have in f12. I'll
provide an update for f12.

Hello Paul,
The new perl-date-manip is available now at atrpms-testing . I had to
install it into my machine with --nodeps as it was having issues with
xmltv .
