You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems

I have the same issue. Interestingly
rpm -qa | grep pwlib
says
pwlib-1.10.1-7.0.1.el5
Is there a dependency bug in a spec file somewhere??
