I did a complete install of Mythbuntu 8.04 using only a 27" CRT
composite into green component.  Of course, I never actually booted
into the apple OS - the first time I applied power to the ATV, I had
the patchstick shoved into the USB and booted into linux.
Not sure if that makes the difference... unfortunately, I didn't write
down the output when I did the kexec command.
