Done.  Of course at the time I wrote this nobody had an objection
(yet), so in the strict sense of the word I have not been lying.

Not to mention that I still have to reorganize the installation to a
state where one can package the whole caboodle into a consistent state
for RPMs and or XEmacs, and write recommendations for packagers.

Sigh.
