(TeX-command-list): Remove "ConTeXt Clean". Add general
"Clean" and "Clean All" options. Add `TeX-run-function' as an
option for the third element of an item and document it.
(TeX-clean-default-intermediate-suffixes)
(TeX-clean-default-output-suffixes, TeX-clean-confirm): New
variables.
(dired-mark-pop-up): Autoload.
(TeX-clean): New function.
