It depends on whether our primary goal is to educate the XEmacs
developers or help the XEmacs users of AUCTeX.  We go to a lot of pain
for the latter already.  It would be sort of countering our own work
to cut communications.

If we decide at one time to drop XEmacs support altogether, I would
think it reasonable to tell the XEmacs developer team to deal with
their bug reports themselves.

But in the meantime, it is easy for us to answer the only sensible
thing to most reports: "upgrade".
