It depends on whether our primary goal is to educate the XEmacs developers or help the XEmacs users of AUCTeX. We go to a lot of pain for the latter already. It would be sort of countering our own work to cut communications. If we decide at one time to drop XEmacs support altogether, I would think it reasonable to tell the XEmacs developer team to deal with their bug reports themselves.
