Hello, I write a report with separate files for chapters, one bibliography per chapter, \bibliography in each file. I use the chapterbib package which requires to run bibtex separately for each file.
In order to compile easily, it is nice to have the master file specified in each chapter file; but in this case I am no more able to run bibtex as required by chapterbib (...under auctex; I am still able to run the bibtex command in a shell :)). C-c C-c in the included file produces a bibtex error, C-c C-b in the included file run bibtex without error, but the new entries are not taken into account. Is there a way under auctex, with the master file specified in each separate file, to run bibtex as expected by chapterbib, i.e. for each included file, really separately from the master file? Thanks in advance for your help!
