Sorry I should be more explicit. If you look at the doc string of that
variable you will find out how the whole thing is setup.
Basically you need to add a viewer by customising TeX-view-program-list
which has a format similar to TeX-view-program-list-builtin.
Once you have the viewer added, you need to restart emacs and then
customise TeX-view-program-selection. You should see the added viewer
appear in the value menu, something like this http://imagebin.org/96663.
