That the version used in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

From change log, an old entry:

 Thu May 16 09:27:02 UTC 2024 - Dr. Werner Fink <[email protected]>
 - Remove patch ignore-errors.patch
   * After discussion with AUCTeX upstream avoid now those errors
by ignoring font-lock TeX macros as well as lwarp.sty
 - Refresh auctex-13.3-auto-TL-2024.tar.xz with that above

but the latest change log entry states:

 Thu Oct 2 11:24:31 UTC 2025 - Dr. Werner Fink <[email protected]>
 - Update to AUCTeX ELPA version 14.1.0

What is the rational not to do this ... and why this is then possible.
Currently I skip auto generated if AucTeX includes already code for
a style/class file.
