When i look at the unofficial Audacity page on transifex, i don't get
suggestions for the fuzzy translations... they were just deleted. Maybe this
only works if the po file was 100 % completed already?

To prevent breaking text, the strings should be (and normally will be) placed
in chronological order.

I know the source strings (.pot) is online. What I meant is in case of changing
the complete .pot, that we should have a backup location for the "old" .pot and
.po files so translators can still get the old translations to copy them into
the new files.
