So far the .desktop file have only been translate to:
ca, da, de, fr, ru, uk
Maybe other translators wants to add new languages:

Just have to translate these two lines:
GenericName=Sound Editor
Comment=Record and edit audio files
If you dont have GitHub access maybe just write it here on the mailing
list and others can add it for you.
