This is not meant to be final for version 2.3.0 -- a few weeks are still
open for development, but it's probably close to final.
I had not updated audacity.pot in two months, and thought the time was
right to give you a chance to start catching up.
A reminder, that in version 2.3.0, we are starting to include some Lisp
format strings (with ~ directives) as well as the more familiar C format
strings (with %). Ask me if you don't understand.
