I've updated the Audacity source code, and this change makes the labels
in the dialog appear too.

Paul will confirm if my fix is right, and adjust it further if it has
unwanted side effects, as he knows this code better.
I now see your translations working in Nyquist dialogs too, which is a
welcome change.
