The Nyquist file hadn't marked it as a string for translation. I
fixed that and updated the audacity.pot file.

I fixed the French translation according to this latest string addition
into the pot/po files.
Please find it here: https://github.com/audacity/audacity/pull/300 .
The French translation of Audacity's GUI is then back to 100%.
