Hi,
In my previous post,

^^^^^
not "mo" file but "po" file.
Also I checked locale files on GitHub and found that the all the user
comments (start "# ") on ja.po file seemed to wash out after
release 3.6.0 on repositroy.
So I suppose this issue was not due to Transifex, very sorry.
