I plan on still using TestFlight to test out new classes and pets but I'm not sure how that will affect your installed copy so I will test on myself first.
As for the beta copy it stops working 30-60 days after you I put it up for download so it will stop working. I personally deleted my beta copy before downloading this one but I think you are fine to have both? Haha I should know this.
This game is actually the currently top game on toucharcade which is the biggest iPhone gaming site so I'm very excited about that. It's saying a lot since a new clash of clans game came out today too.
