Re: Braille Note Touch
I think the lag with Eloquence might be due to the rather obsolete hardware in the Apex. Why did they use a single core 532 MHZ processor? This isn't 1990 or 2000.
As for the Touch, I'm assuming it could handle Android 6.0 just fine. The hardware seems to be up to par with standard Android tablets. While I'm talking about the Touch, I would like to know the following:
1. Is the interface just like Android? It seems to be, but I've only heard limited demos. What is the settings screen like? I'm assuming it has all the standard Google options.
2. What's in the accessibility settings? Is Keysoft listed as an accessibility service like TalkBack? I'm assuming and hoping that Keysoft is the screen reader that runs on Android, but they could have done what the did with the other BrailleNote models and stripped Android down to the bare minimum.
3. What happens if you disable Keysoft by clicking the home button three times and runn ing TalkBack from the Play Store? Does it behave just like a Nexus device?
