Re: ideas for a 2d game?
In regards to my last post which as of now is the one above this one, I said I had just one more question to ask this community.
Given there have been a billion of them released in the last 6 years, I've been hesitant to release my side scroller.
Granted, it has some fairly unique features such as enemies actually using strategies to come after you best, enemies with different fighting styles, and some that even change as they lose health.
There are similar features here too, such as doors with similar features as my 2d engine/platform/whatever you wanna call it, (rare) barriers you can hide behind that enemies can destroy. I also forgot to mention some enemies will open doors for themselves and others to continue chasing you.
Right now the plot and map are a tangled mess, though if there is any remote interest at all I will see if I can motivate myself to fix that problem and release it. Lol.
