Three is one of my favorites, behind Eight and Seven. One of my favorite scenes was when he was dueling the Master with swords, grabbed and took a bite out of his sandwitch just because he could, and threw the sword back because he was just having too much fun to stop.
Though Planet of the Spiders isn't the send off 3 should have gotten, it's still a pretty decent episode and has one of the best Regenerations in the series when Cho-Je helps the Doctor reincarnate into a new form.
