@Dark, I don't really know what exactly the kind of information you are looking for ,so here we go with all I know.
In terms of paying for things as regards to anything apple I.E Itunes and by extention Ibooks,appstore apple music and so on, the only payment method that apple allows in India are creditcards,visa, master or what have you.
No bank accounts,no giftcards,no debit cards. need I add no paypal in that list?
This doesn't only apply to India though, there's a huge list of other countries included in that list. I.E anything not in the US UK china and things tend to go downhill the further you move in.
Based on what SLJ says certain Europian countries might also have the gift card and paypal options as the payment method available but again like I said,the probability of these options reduces with each country you
add to the list.
You can, possibly if Ebay accepts debitcards in your country as a payment method buy ITunes Gift cards and create a US based Apple ID and pay for stuff that way,but more often than not that is gonna cost you twice or thrice the actual worth of the card.
Other audiogames are a different thing entirely, because depending on the payment method the developers choose to accept their games can either be quite easily gotten and in some cases, and just as impossible as apple to buy in others.
I can't speak about other countries exactly, but generally, Paypal and paying for other games ends up being the same as for all things apple because of the credit card issue. that is, Paypal just like Apple accepts only creditcards to make payments,which is a huge limitation when you want to pay for things like games be it on Itunes or anywhere else.
Because almost 99% of audiogames that are payed use Paypal as the payment method.

te surprising that ITunes gift cards are sold in other countries other than US cause I can distinctly remember reading that they are only available in USA.
Even on Ebay the paypal store which sells Itunes gift cards states that a person to be able to buy these cards should not only have a US Apple ID but should also have a US ebay account.
Same goes for the Apple website itself. Although it says so at the bloody bottum of the information/page.
But eh, good for you if those are sold in your country and seriously one of those Itunes gift cards which you actually buy a physical copy of would be really nice that way people without a creditcard could actually buy them with hard cash and not experience such problems.
though the possibility of that is far off if ever, around here.
