@Kyleman123, really? Enable developer mode, and then reboot and check services. That's how you enable it. It's not a back door; more of a service Microsoft decided to write without thinking of the consequences. (How... typical of them.)
@serrebi, if you look at post 20, you'll notice that this service does not listen to 127.0.0.1. It listens to 0.0.0.0. In other words, it listens on all network interfaces. If it listened only on 127.0.0.1 I wouldn't be complaining about this, but since it listens on 0.0.0.0, that's a different story, considering how insecure it is.
