Best laptop that is fully accessible and will last for 6 years!
No extra bloatware, no budget considerations. It must be fully capable.
It must be an ultra book.
I am going to use it in a law school at a small desk.
It must be the best.
I could have found this online but I want other screen reader users to provide input.

About 13 inches but perhaps not bigger than that.
