This is the one reason I believe standardized tests need to just die off. They are in the hands of corporate shlobs. Yes, I said it. They have that hidden line in the fineprint that says please do not share anything on the net or social media related to the test, but I frankly couldn't give two shits anymore. The way they mishandle accommodations is a pathetic reiteration of the America's pride and joy, corporate disorganization. So while I was lucky enough to experience no problems during my SAT, you are not the only one and this is no isolated incident. Ask Guillem about his experience as an international student with disabilities dealing with this joke of an organization. If I find the article in my Twitter archives I'll post it here.
