Unfortunately, the answer is you need somebody who knows the material and how to breach that gap between the material and you.
Geometry is highly visual, so you're dealing with a subject that is already disadvantageous to you as a blind student. It isn't your TVI's job to teach you the geometry, though. Regardless of her understanding of the course's concepts, her responsibility is to provide you with the materials you need in order to be successful in your classes. Perhaps a tutor would be helpful, but resources aren't evenly distributed among people everywhere, sadly, and this is where the education system fails us -- school districts vary so greatly in access to resources that there are clear geographical lines that depict academic success and even graduation rates.
Per accommodations, I believe this is something brought up in your IEP meetings, which you should be attending. If you truly are not given the resources to perform well in any class let alone geometry, talk to as many people as you can; talk with your teacher, TVI, guidance counselor, principle, etc. Not everybody can just ignore you. Self advocacy will help you far beyond high school or educational pursuits in general, so I strongly encourage you to make waves when/where necessary to obtain the things you need to be successful.
Sorry I can't be of any help beyond some abstractions - trying to explain geometric concepts is tricky enough without having tactile resources.
