I was a bit disappointed by the iPod refresh. They could have at the very least included the A11 CPU, although I would have prefered the A12.
I disagree about the iPod Touch being primarily for music. It's a great device if you don't need cellular functions and just want access to iOS apps and features. It's also the cheapest iOS device available. I wish it wasn't underclocked. The new one only uses 2 of the 4 cores and is running at 1.64 GHz.
