1. In the cold snowy place, look for a post. Don't follow walls. It's one of the only places where you should do something different.
2. By Qiyerr, or whatever you're calling him, do you mean Pierre? Be level 80+, at the very least, and have manamon who resist holy, ghost, undead, shadow and magic, generally. It's a long, long fight. Also, make sure at least one of your team knows Protect via the Protector item or their own moveset. And count turns. Turn 5 is dangerous, and all multiples of 5.
3. When I say "use the snowman", I mean what I say. If you slide into it, use it in order to get to a new place. Specifically I believe you have to slide due east from it, or maybe north. Can't remember off the top of my head. Trial and error will help. Don't just slide over and over and over again in a big looping circle. If you're sliding and you hear an opening and you whiz right past it, ask yourself how you can get at it from another angle.
