That place is wierd. You need to take the cannon that you start in front of when you start that hole area. When you climb up the ladder from floor one, you should find a cannon north of you. You need to take that one right.
Then find a cannon southeastish of where you end up. Take it south.
Find your way through that area there with out using that cannon before the lasers and electric traps.
Find a cannon south of those lasers and things, and take it west. You should fall into a hole. Find a metal staircase and climb. Now I'll leave it up to you.
