I'm sorry but this is probably not going to work. You cannot possibly hope to get even a quorter million blind people buying a game. (Also, GTA is more expensive than any audio game ever sold in the history of all audio games, at least all the ones I've ever purchased.) This is an apples-to-orange problem. You've done your research, which is good, but your proposing somethign here that just isn't feasible. Sound libscost a lot of money. And indi developers can make very high-quality audio games too, you know. It just will take more time.
