Itch.io Audiogames

Recently I wandered across some of the binaural games offered on itch.io and thought people might be interested in checking out what the indie scene has been up to, assuming you don't know about them already. So far the pick of the litter seems to be [Pitch Black: A Dusklight Story], which bills itself as a AAA audiogame with 5-6 hours of voice acting, a full immerse world you can wander around, procedurally generated audio puzzles, and a number of other interesting audio effects. They ran a kickstarter awhile ago and its set for release in October 2020, the demo is free to play.

Other games include:

[HEARtREAD]: An audio adventure with an estimated play time of 30 minutes where you must find a way to escape a forest cavern, and is free.

[Planetary Escape]: Where you must race to the beacon to escape a planet infested with zombies, also free.

[The Blind Project]: You play as a blind woman who has fallen into a cavern beneath your childhood home, and must escape an undead beast that haunts the complex. Free.

[Breu]: A Portuguese horror game where you play as Marco, who must investigate the disapperances of his friends and grandfather. Free.

[Lost In Blindness]: A french exploration puzzle game where you explore a lost Mayan temple in search of a friend. Free.

[O Is For Oppression]: A game where you resist an authoritarian regime by finding the source of a Morse Code signal hidden within an immersive ambient soundscape. Free.

How do you think these games stand up to games on audiogames.net?
