Hello, you need to change the geographical area, which has nothing to do with the language. That is, in windows 8.1. I go in changing settings pc.
Then choose the date / time and language. I get an option geographic area
and language. At this point I have an option called geographical area that sais: windows and the app could use the information about the country or geographic area to provide local content. Here choose on Japanese. Doing
tab I find the display language of Windows. That is not to change. In fact, I left the default language, which in my case is Italian.
If all went well, you will need to use App Locale to open the game. In fact, we have not changed the display language but only the geographical area. Not only, when entering the password you have also press alt + shift to select japanese keyboard. You can skyp this last passage if you have copied textgamepatch in the game folder.
