Good storyline? Good replayability? There definitely isn't a game like this that I've been recommending like crazy. Nope. And if there was, then of course I won't recommend it here, because you're already aware of its existence. So ...
Admittedly, they don't have much replayability beyond a few easter eggs, but HEARtREAD and Bulwark in the City of Flesh both have a pretty cool story. And they're both free, too.
HEARtREAD is a game where you play as a snarky hero named Dia trying to save a world and her friends ... but currently just trying to get out of a hellish world she fell into by following her Heart. There will be monsters ... but also kittens! And bars!
It's on the shorter side, around 30 minutes long.

Bulwark in the City of Flesh could be best described as an audio drama with some game elements. You follow the story of Priscilla, an engineer on a planet full of wars and terrorist attacks, and slowly drifting towards a black hole. Can she save the world? Or will she just make it worse ...
Definitely longer than HEARtREAD, maybe around an hour? Please note that you'll need a mouse to play it.

As you might've guessed by me mentioning them together, these two are a part of the same universe, a sort of mix of fantasy and science fiction. They'll make much more sense if played together, but even then, playing them can sometimes feel like being thrown in in the middle of the story. But, at least to me, that just makes them more fun.
