Re: problem with steam

Don't worry, the same problem happened to me. Now to solve it, go to run dialogue box, type regedit and press enter.
Now select,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valv\Steam\steamglobal
Note: After going to all these sections you need to expand them as they will be collapsed or closed in Jaws's case.
Now press tab and then arrow down to language and hit enter. Now, in the dialogue box under value data, you'll see the name of the language. Delete that and type English and hit enter. Now close the registry and your problem should be solved. HTH
