Hi.
If you're using windows eight, you can go to google and type in voices for NVDA and you'll find the first heading press enter on it,you'll be able to find the sapi five instructions to instal sapi five voices.
They're nice if a bit big in size but if you want human ish sounding voices, go for sapi.
Me myself I still use eloquence and E speak for it's quick responsiveness.
